Any client interview which lined up out of station (i.e. - Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Patna, Deoria, Kolkata, Vizag, Etc... Or within Mumbai), Being the Sr. Representative my responsibility was to meet the delegates prior to the interview and discuss closely about the requirements and to accompany with the delegates (Any Nationality) throughout the interview drive and on interview venue, I have to explain my team members about the requirements of the delegate for a smooth process of interview.
Taking care of delegates at interview venue & also about their entertainment after the completion of interview.

Competent to handle Requirements, Analyze complete activity, plan schedule with the team, delegate jobs, provide entire pre & post recruitment support to the clients. Operations, Client Coordination & End to End Recruitment Process.
In charge of overall recruitment process, from the initial stage of order received to final mobilization of candidates. Handled requirement for more than 300 employees for a single client.
