• Taking the proactive part in transition the Finance Compensation Processes to India.

• Receiving and analyzing deal documentation;
• Verifying all data received for validity and compliance to US GAAP and SOX plus internal policy;
• Tracking and dispensing information on all outgoing and incoming products as well as professional services;
• Updating information for the Bookings, Billings & Backlog report;
• Timely and accurate processing of all deal submissions from Business Analysts;
• Handling exceptions, resolving queries in a timely and professional manner;
• Ensuring all revenue recognition criteria have been met prior to recognition of deals;
• Timely and accurate input of information into Oracle;
• Reconciliations of revenue and cost of goods sold accounts, related B/S accounts, ad hoc reporting;
• Commission calculation.

• Timely and accurate raising of invoices and credit notes and managing the invoice dispatch process to customers;
• Obtaining all necessary approvals for ad-hoc requests for invoices/ credit notes;
• Communicate invoice/ credit note status to requestors;
• Execute the Trial Invoice runs each month, check that the amounts to be invoiced are correct and check that all POs and contracts are valid (SOx compliance) (If not compliant, put contracts on hold in Clarify Clear Contract/ If compliant, run the Final Invoice transfer;
• Use Recurring Billing System (RBS) interface to create invoices/ credit notes in Oracle AR;
• Reconcile Oracle AR data to Trial Invoice Run report;
• Submit invoices to customers (e-mails, hard copies, Web portals);
• Identify and help implement initiatives to optimize invoicing processes in the SSC, supported by technology where available (e.g.: auto invoicing, reduction in ad-hoc requests by pareto analysis, etc.);
• Training new team members;
• Resolve queries in a timely and professional manner.
