Part of the Operations organization of Philips Lighting.Immediate manager – Leader for Quality Improvement, Learning and Development.
Essential contribution as part of the team planning, preparing and realizing the global Business Improvement Competition (BIC) events in three regions of the world: The Americas, Asia and Europe (12 in all including World Final in London). Main areas responsibility includes:
• Preparing and implementation of the global BIC Philips Lighting Communication strategy – the communication plan including over 4500 project teams from all of the world.
• Selection and effective use of appropriate tools and communication channels in the international project environment.
• Managing of the BIC Media platform, Data base, knowledge exchange platform and Best Practice as well as responsibility for efficient work of the Philips Project Data base.
• Develops, continuously and maintains, global projects analyzes and reports on global BIC information systems and processes. Adapting proper Communications channels to the requide Philips global standards (BIC Project Database / BIC Champions SharePoint / BIC Intranet / publications / delivering training face to face and virtually (Lync/Live Meeting).
• Cooperation with service providers and advertising agencies insuring proper course of BIC events in the world. Collaboration with Brand and Design teams to create additional collateral.
• Master of Ceremonies at one of our BIC Events in Seville, Spain 2013 – team coaching.

- The role of a strategist responsible for planning and implementing Communication Campaign in the project of organizational culture change at all levels of BU Lighting Electronics Europe & Specials Piła Poland.
- Training Project Leader of the „Simplicity in Leadership” training which were fundamental elements of the Lean organization transformation. Designing, planning, organizing and conducting trainings (5 days each) in partnership with local management and HR department in terms of building Lean competencies of the workforce.

Design local change and communication strategies in line with global framework.
- designing new communication channel, methods and tools addressed for specific groups of employees.
- managing cross functional communication team (all factory department representatives) responsible for the communication strategy realization.
Direct cooperation with Philips global Communications department.
- efficient integration of the business processes inside the organization strategy and vision of the company, skillful analyzing and choosing the appropriate communication channels for the target audience.
- identifying the customers’ needs and constantly improving essential elements which determine the company’s competitive advantage.
Organizing and hosting company’s events and celebrations. International theme conferences concerning the quality, management, Lean Manufacturing and inter-company cooperation.
Edition of press texts, designing industry pamphlets presenting the company’s image, leaflets, promotional folders, posters and promotional videos for PHILIPS in cooperation with local television. Editing the company’s quarterly internal magazine (chief editor from 2005).
