• Facilitating internal and client-facing status report and review meetings, maintaining and distributing relevant meeting documentation
• Ensuring all internal and external reporting is provided in line with the agreed account standards
• WBS access management ( for new hires)
• Coordination of Travel Cost
• Monitoring and updating Project issue Log
• Coordination of Forecast and Actuals work hours of Contractors works on Project
• Project SharePoint Administration
