HR Advisor responsibilities:
Responding to expatriated related queries from staff,
cooperation with local HR, HR in the Business, Policy Team, payroll teams and with third companies, which deliver benefits for Shell employees,
advising regarding processes and polices, using internal tools (EIC,HR Online),
finance control management focal point
input payment data in the SAP/R3 system on daily basis, taking into account payroll deadlines,
participation in testing of new transactions –analyzing the outcome and sending it to correct team
taking part in implementation of new system,
Coach responsibilities:
organizing and delivering training session on new tool for new joiners and team members
delivering coaching sessions for new team members, supporting new joiner in their ways of working and day-to-day queries,
making quality checks to make sure that processes and policy are implemented in a correct way,
coordinating meetings with team members to discuss results of their work,
escalating of invalid procedures and incomplete processes to proper parties,
distributing work within the team,
monitoring work in progress on daily basis,
analyzing scope of each member of the team,
checking work in progress on daily basis,
sharing best practice within the team,
coordinating shadowing session dedicated to colleagues from different HR Teams
cooperation with coaches from First Line Support and other teams,
organizing and taking part in project called “knowledge sharing” to support HR in the Business in Kazakhstan

cooperation with financial department,
working with spedition firms, invoicing,
dealing with business correspondence in Polish and English language,
recruitment of new employees,
the maintenance of the order in the records

dealing with the school documentation, writing business letters of different kind, organizing meetings.
