Responsible for implementation and ongoing activities of the Finance Warehouse - the strategic platform for the AIG Financial Architecture.
• Developed organizational and operational structure to support new Finance Warehouse

PROJECT MANAGER/BUSINESS ANALYST – Special Projects (April 2010 - September 2014)
Hands on business solution involvement in a full end-to-end Finance Transformation Initiative based on SAP technology. Automate and improve the processing of AIG financial data from underlying business units to the corporate consolidation system with the objective of changing to a legal entity reporting basis, and allow greater visibility across the organization. That involved all aspects of Project Management -Planning, Analysis, Build, Test, and Implementation.

• Change Management and Test lead:
o Direct supervision of testing team (10-15 resources); management of resource allocation across all business units stakeholders in multiple testing phases (DEV, QA,& UAT)
o Developed communication plan
o Created training material; point person for providing end user training
o Set up and test security profiles for users
o Established strict project management procedures (project plan, reporting tools, etc.)
o Worked with senior management on escalation and resolution of issues
o Provided end-user support during Hypercare
Business Analyst:
o Worked with Business Unit Controllers and Corporate Functions to understand and document requirements, analyze gaps and create solution
o Developed current and future state end to end process flows using SIPOC methodology; identified opportunities for process and system changes and improvement
o Collaborated with IT to create current and future system architecture and implementation roadmap
• PMO on implementation of a Finance Warehouse; a common data repository providing full coverage of AIG assets and legal entities in a universally standard format in order to satisfy data requirements:
o Define project management best practices, standardize project tools including Project Plan, Risk/Issue Log, Resource Plan, Dependency Log, etc., manage and mitigate risks/issues as well as establish reporting cadence and status meetings.
o Manage and direct all communication and reporting to Senior Leadership.
o Coordination across multiple business owners; manage stakeholder’s relationship with SMEs and Technology team to ensure quality delivery with accordance to business requirement.
o Work with internal audit to monitor compliance to standards through project lifetime.
Project-manager on initiative to upgrade and enhance SEC & regulatory reporting platform by replacing IBM FSR with CDM. Promote significant time and cost savings by enabling in-house XBRL tagging.
Lead on an initiative to improve processing of financial data through creation of an interface to the global consolidation system (SAP). Develop the project plan, resource alignment, and coordination of efforts between the business units and IT.
o Perform current state analysis, gather requirements, develop and implement the future state design with the objective of streamlining and improving the Financial Reporting Process: Analyze COA to determine structure to be used based on the 10Q/10K reporting
o Redesign existing reports to serve as a baseline for analysis. Create mock up reports in BPC
o Create Entity Hierarchy Trees for all segments of the organization representing rollup of legal entities.
