-Report all KPI to Management, Supervise Team and Personal tasks schedule in Purchasing Team
-Cooperate with Development department in new project implementation and till MVBns( GM), P1 ( Ford), M5 ( HKMC) phase, manage level of raw materials and components ( EU and Asian suppliers ) on the stock to meet production forecasts and internal/external customer sale requirements
-Order materials basis on customer forecasts, production plans and internal needs. Order all materials and services according to internal requisitions
-Make sure that all materials are available in the plant to meet the production requirements (time, quantity, quality)
-Supervise material (components, raw material from Europe) reception, and warehouse activities to be done according to internal procedures and specifications
-Cooperate with suppliers, transport partners , custom agencies, finance, quality and production departments to achieve established targets and KPI level
-Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers according to law regulations and company rules.
-Support Development department in contracts negotiations with suppliers ( commercial terms and conditions, law regulations, transport issues )
-Sourcing of New suppliers( direct and indirect materials, services)
-Coordinate Supplier Evaluation( monthly and yearly)
-Prepare necessary logistic documentation, reports, forecasts, periodically estimates of orders level and material inventory according to internal procedures and specifications
-Manage raw material and components stock level, warehouse and transport costs, finance and purchase documentation
-Manage SAP and WMS system in Material Management Module
-Implement efficient solutions for MM in SAP
-Error solving in IT systems related with MM
-Negotiate contracts conditions and manage relations with transport companies and forwarders
-Improve process in purchase department, share new ideas and create profitable solutions
-Assist the Production Coordinator in the areas of materials delivery,claims,process development

Actually as Resident Engineer in Boshoku Automotive Europe in Munich Office ( Prototype Department) – Production plant TBAI Poland. Support in BMW i01 and i12 projects.

-Parts availability checking in production plant ( TBAI Poland)

-Dispatch planning and coordination in TBAI Poland
-Logistic support for production plant TBAI Poland
-Stock checking and warehouse management of Prototype parts in TBAI Poland

(Negotiations of terms and conditions, request for quotations, orders management, quality and payment issues coordination);
- Inventory management of production materials( stocktaking, corrective actions, goods reception, claim procedures and documentations, value regulation);
- Delivery time monitoring ( delivery dates management, deliveries “just on time”) ;
- Negotiations with suppliers terms and condition of contracts
(delivery agreements, quantity and value contracts, maintenance agreements, services);
- Conduct complaint investigations and claims management(quality procedures and issues, 8D report requirements, claim documentations);
- Forecasting( cooperation with planning department, creation and management of schedule agreements);
- Planning and optimization of logistics costs( common shipments, semi-final products, spare parts and materials spedition, cooperation with forwarders) ;
- Check accuracy of documentation ( purchase instructions, policies and procedures.);
- New suppliers searching ( suppliers for new projects and products, market research for automotive industry, participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials).
- Work with SAP R / 3 ( MM module, order registration, invoice confirmation, monitoring and correction of stock level, creation and management of subcontracting agreements, creation, changes and management of all material groups[materials, semi-finals, final products], suppliers data implementation)

- Quality and project development for foreign customers (BMW, Opel, Toyota, Lexus, Citroen, PSA, Audi) and their subcontractors ( Grammer, Prevent, Boxmark, Faurecia, TRW, Lear Corp. )
- Claim management (diagnosis, corrective actions and preventive measurements, 8D report, LOP, 5x Why)
- Maintaining good relations with customers (visits and audits)
- Training for production workers (the introduction of new projects, technological supervision over the production process, diagnosis and countermeasures)
- Work with documentation (Controlplan, FMEA, PPAP, PSM)
- Carrying out the validation process for customers
- Work on the quality standards (ISO TS 16949, VDA)
