• Managing the Shared Services – preparing the annual Budget plan, Actuals analysis and Forecast planning for the entire CEE. Overall CEE headcount reconciliation and reporting exercise.
• Technical support during preparation of financial deliverables (Forecasts, AOPs, Strat Plans, contact with Business units finance teams, gathering data, preparing reports and presentations).
• Preparation of quarterly/monthly deliverables for Shared Services and Business units (COC analysis, F&P uploads to SAP).
• Collecting data related to business performance, follow-up with queries, explanations.
• Making analysis related to business opportunities.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns pre and post implementation, preparation and monitoring of the P&P and Advertising budget, forecast templates.
• Franchise Financials – analyses based on the Franchise view rather than LOB.
• Various administrative responsibilities
• Ad hoc analysis as directed by Finance Director or Country Manager or CEE CFO

Supporting Top Management with researching and analyzing market data, praparing presentations for different types of stakeholders, organizing various meetings in different countries in Europe, preparing regular market reports and updates.

Responsible for marketing and sales of four products: two mature and established, one non-refundable and established and one in the initial stage on the life cycle (preparing the market for the new compound).

Lead Marketing capabilities enhancement at regional level and across top 8 countries, leveraging the regional co-operative model to ensure that market development, customer insights and competition analysis drive brand strategy-planning-execution and support their implementation via best market research integration, project sharing, financial analysis, resource allocation and optimization tools.
