- Responsible for the smooth functionning of day to day operations by influencing, developing and implementing agreed upon project plans, ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintains regular communication with Project team, Site managers, Clients, designers, architects and all stakeholders for each project to ensure effective co-ordination of all construction projects.
- Monitors legal, contractual and financial aspects of construction projects and develops and implements actions to mitigate potential risks and challenges.
