Monitoring and supporting network infrastructure (SCOM,
CENTREON). Handling high priority incidents, service requests and
change requests. Cooperating with onsite technical engineers, 2nd
line support and 3rd parties. Analysis of daily, weekly and monthly
reports for any error or irregularities, based on which further
troubleshooting is performed.

Principal accountabilities:
• Providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/e-mail/chat for customer’s end users including:
- Software installation and troubleshooting
- Lotus Notes configuration and troubleshooting.
- Windows Remote Assistance.
- Citrix troubleshooting.
- SecurID RSA support.
- Windows Operating systems.
- VMware Support.
- Blackberry support.
- Apple products support (Macbook, Ipad, Iphone).
• Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware /software/network problem resolution.
• Administrating and providing User Access and Exit controls.
• Using the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's

Dealing with a customers queries, requests, orders or complaints. Research required information for callers using available resources, sending emails to clients answering their enquiries, identifying and escalating priority issues, prepare a daily report activities.
