● Installation of WebSphere Application fixes manually,
● Coordination of fix installations,
● Monitoring production environment,
● Work on incident and problem tickets ordered by severity,
● Handle change requests for different activities,
● Creating change requests for different activities,
● Coordination incident/problem/change management,
● Manual check of services health on regular base,
● Manual check of system and application logs,
● Achievement of customer defined SLAs,
● Responsible for User-ID-Mgmt,
● Responsible for compliance with GDF guidelines,
● Supporting developers and 3rd level,

Responsibilities:

Junior IT Specialist:
● Perform Health Checks (creating issues, generating, HC
reports, solving violations, creating Exception Lists, etc.),
● APAR installation including system patches and user
account management.

System Activation and Deactivation Coordinator:
● Create prefilled SA&D checklist for all accounts,
● Ensure accuracy and legitimacy of all supplied artifacts
attached to the SA&D checklists,
● Submit SA&D checklists to all required competencies via
Lotus Notes Workflow tool,
● Review SA&D checklists responses from competencies
to ensure checklist is completed fully,
● Reject incomplete or inaccurate checklists responses.

DCA Unix Team Dispatcher:
● Tasks delegation and requests receive focal point,
● Service Orders queue management,
● Coordination of team workflow.
