Main responsibilities:

Planning, Managing, Implementation, delivery, strategy and monitoring of staff performance and outcomes.
Organising summer programs in abroad designed for Polish students to study English language together with other international students.
Providing university and college advice for Polish students who are considering studying abroad for an international education. Also providing professional advise for Polish student who don’t speak English in choosing a wide selection of language courses in a country other than Poland, to suit their needs. Also providing information on studying a vide variety of academic subjects abroad.

Preparing workshops and conducting presentations “World in One Place” in Poland and in the UK to Polish students about study abroad programs.

Office and Staff Team Management;
Coordination, training and development of in excess of 50 staff; control of school programme; dealing with all financial matters and school advertising;
Staff recruitment, HR and training.
Representing the company at home and abroad at School Fairs, educational workshops and events;

Planning and organising meetings and training for 1- 4 000 people.

Duties included: preparation and implementation of major training projects and promotional events. Marketing and contribution to increased sales through activities headed for distribution of company products, especially calling company consultants

Day to day permanent supply of orders, by establishing new and developing existing business contacts.
Recruiting new agents and customers at home and abroad
Development and implementation of marketing strategies for sale of company’s offers, preparation for special events projects, controlling annual budget: analysis of special events branch at home, as well as abroad.
Organising professional multi-media events, and trips for Polish and foreign tourists

Recruitment Coordinator for International students for abroad study programs
Established and managed business delivering advice to Polish seeking further and Language education in Australia.
Managing editor of Polish Zone Magazine, translating articles from English to Polish. Writing Polish Articles for Polish speakers in the UK about a wide selection of language courses and institution worldwide that are currently recruiting international students. Most of those articles have appeared in the leading journals on international education.
Financial management and budgeting.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining effective relationship with Government of Western Australia in London and Australian organizations such as Study in Australia, English Australia, ACPET, and Australian educational providers.
Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
Preparing and conducting presentations to Polish and English clients about Australia, and negotiations with schools, prospective tour companies to achieve growth objectives.
Escort trips to Australia and represent company at industry events when hosting to achieve positive outcomes.
