• Market sector (Personal and Corporate banking) information gathering
• Proactively sourcing and talent pooling candidates through different channels e.g. google, linkedin, job boards and client’s database
• Qualify candidates by conducting telephone interviews (screens)
• Shortlist and present candidates to the Client/ Staffing Consultants onsite
• Manage relations with candidates and staffing consultants to ensure best in class service is provided (answering queries, advising on the process, providing the updates)
• Maintaining high levels of communication with internal and external clients to understand requirements and provide details on candidates within the talent pools
• Develop an awareness of the client’s business and the skills required by candidates to succeed within it
• Keeping agreed customer service levels and targets set by the client
• Maintaining the recruitment system ATS so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports and analysis of the team activities
