Scope of responsibilities:
• managing and validating requests received through workflow to create/modify Material records in
SAP,
• entering and maintaining accuracy of material data elements in SAP, including Bill of material,
Routes, work centers, Production versions and Recycling,
• single point of contact for material master related data for the Business Segment/ close cooperation
on daily basis,
• coordinating Product change management activities with business i.e. supply chain, purchasing,
planning, manufacturing, finance, marketing, R&D and Packaging to ensure all information is
timely, accurate and complete,
• policing processes, data rules and adhering to data policies including maintaining rules.
• training and providing support to users on SKU creation/Modification tools and other Material
Master solutions/reports related to material master data in SAP,
• participating in business specific, regional and/or global projects
• serving as key resource to implement key business transformation initiatives impacting global
organizational, processes, and technology as it relates to material master data,
• supporting data cleansing activities,
• providing necessary information and communication for product data changes throughout the
business,
• providing product reports (using SAP solutions) as needed to aid business decisions,
• monitoring product reports change notices and exception messages to ensure information is correctly
loaded and in compliance with system requirements.

Scope of responsibilities:
• Vendor Data (creation and updated of vendor accounts),
• Creation and maintenance of materials in SAP (from procurement data perspective, purchased prices),
• Cooperation with direct suppliers within the following categories: 3rd Party Products, Products Out of Sales, Coolers, Corrugated, Gadgets - in terms of prices and contract conditions,
• Maintenance of price lists per category where all data regarding contracts with supplier may be found
(main conditions, products, prices, scales, volumes, etc.),
• Cooperation with local entities on contract creation and maintenance,
• Supporting Global Category Managers in providing accurate data necessary for maintaining the system
and price lists,
• Preparing the information supporting the Global Category Managers decisions,
• Providing necessary data for contracts maintenance and master data creation,
• Price discrepancy handling in compliance with global contracts,
• Ensuring that data are supplied on time and of good quality,
• Ensuring that the governance for contract and master data maintenance is applied,
• Close cooperation with Master Data, AP and AR departments within the same company.

Scope of responsibilities:
• Material Master Data (set-up, amendments, closure of materials in the database, set-up and amendment of products prices, set-up and amendments of promotional campaigns for various groups of customers, maintenance of stocking policy of customers, issues resolution, set-up and maintenance of material groups)
• Customer Master Data (set-up, amendments, closure of customer accounts from all sectors, queries resolution, issues handling, fixing incorrect data, linking customers into the groups and chains)
• Sales Support for the UK (close cooperation with sales representatives, queries resolution, pricing setup and maintenance, discounts set-up and amendments, credits and debits calculations due to incorrect or missing discounts, searching of reasons for pricing issues and finding proper solutions, sales volume reports, price list reports, set-up and maintenance of rebates for customers, rebates settlement and payments, BI reports, knowledge support for operational team)
