Assistant General Manager

• Develop all associates through appropriate interventions, such as probationary reviews, appraisals, PDP’s and frequent and candid conversations in order to drive high performing individuals and teams.
• Adhere to performance and absence management processes

• Demonstrate effective communication skills at all levels both with customers and colleagues and respond to issues quickly, positively and with integrity in a fast paced and changing environment
