Performing timely and accurate service, GL period-end procedures, B/S accounts reconciliation as well as monitoring and reporting their status, Intercompany Reconciliation, Generating reports and statistical documentation for internal analysis and to external authorities, Establishing, monitoring and adjustment of internal controls - Position of Internal Control Ambassador, Creating and maintaining process documentation, procedures, Supporting German Market on transition project (3 months).

Responsible for six foreign entities according to GL, posting manually General Ledger documents during the month, validating automatic postings during month closing, performing reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts, executing additional postings at the end of the month, performing GL month end closing, preparing VAT and EU reports for external service provider, communication with Business if necessary during the month and more often on the month end closing, responsible to compare data (P/L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow ) between consolidation reporting system (HFM) and SAP, responsible for new joiners-implement GL knowledge transfer, three months of transition in Germany – responsible for A2R/R2R migration tasks,

Additional Responsibilities: coordinating knowledge transfer between departments AP and GL, implement in GL team some of AP responsibilities, responsible to verify and process AP invoices during the month,

accurate and timely entry financial data, contact with customers in financial accounting matters, create the monthly and cumulative statements for the office needs, creating a balance sheet and an analysis of the accounting data

comprehensive customer service in accounting matters, entering the accounting documents to the system, generating VAT-7 and calculation of income tax withholdings, create balance sheets and statements for the office and the client

accurate and timely entry financial data according to the Accounting Act., maintaining a good relationship with the client, effective communication with clients and colleagues

checking documents for accounting, review and analysis of financial accounting queries, complementing the data in the accounting system, contact with the customer
