Field Safety Engineer
ADNOC
• Providing direct support for the effective implementation of all rig HSE systems.
• Ensuring and advising on the provision of safe and hygienic work environments for all Company and contractor personnel at an assigned location.
• Developing and monitoring safety procedures and practices at the assigned location.
• Presenting safety training programs and auditing working practices in an assigned area, in particular the "work permit" system.
• Investigating and advising rig management and immediate supervisor on all matters related to incidents or accidents.
• Preparing appropriate recommendations to prevent their recurrence of accidents in the future

• Control of working conditions on the drill rig, equipment, social facilities and personal protective equipment.
• Preparing Job Safety Analyses and Work Permits.
• Collation and reporting of statistics to the client.
• Training employees in the field of occupational health and safety, fire protection and first aid.
• Conducting accident investigations and preparation of reports.
• Administrative issues - human resource management and ongoing support for the head of the drilling rig in the field of HSE.
• Contact with representatives of external sites social issues.
• Work for international leaders in Oil and Gas industry (Total E&P Uganda and Tullow Oil Uganda)

• Control of these procedures.
• Supervising and coordinating the whole process related to the technical side of the company.

• Installation and commissioning of mud-logging laboratories for land rigs in Poland, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Oman, Uganda and Turkey also offshore in Russia (Baltic Sea).
• Installation and calibration of sensors, chromatographs, total gas analysers
• Selection and testing of new sensors (built in accordance with the ATEX directive), chromatographs and geological equipment.
• Participation in the design, development and testing of the program monitoring the drilling process.
• Cooperation with external companies in the design and construction of mud logging laboratories.
• Training employees in the field of installation and operation of control-measurement hardware.
• Training drilling crews in handling the monitoring program of the drilling process (in Poland and abroad).
