Decision Support Lead CFN Europe
Responsible for Poland, Hungary, Romania, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland.
Define, develop and implement a management information framework for supporting the CAN CFN businesses in the designated countries (including process for data gathering, analysis, reporting) and enables deep and superior understanding of the business performance in an accurate and timely manner. Delivering financial analysis that enhances decision making and providing the view regarding performance and opportunities that exist for further investigation and/or improvements. Monitor key financial risks (e.g. commodity position, forex reporting) and business optimization opportunities (e.g. EBITDA, working capital deployed) to then collaborate with FP&A who will seek improvements and close gaps.
Providing analyzed information in a structured way, assessing historic & current business performance, highlighting areas of opportunity for the FP&A team who prioritize and build action plans.
Leading management reporting and analysis which may include budgeting, forecasting/commentary, product profitability analysis and cost analysis – as examples.
Partner closely with the Accounting & Control Lead to ensure accuracy in reconciliation between management financial results and accounting financial statements and other Accounting and Finance Leaders to seek opportunities to leverage shared services and standardization.
