- Lead of integration in scope of Customer Ops due to acquisition process (Dossche),
- Participation in creation and implementation of New Customer Operation structure, inc. ERP implementation,
- Sale and production “Footprint” creation and preparation,
- Regional DC creation and implementation and Management of Regional Customer Ops,
- Participation in creation of S&OP processes,
- Creation and implementation of cost optimization approach in distribution of goods to our customers, (transport strategy, tools and transport approach in sale part of company).

- Participate and implement the integration process in scope of Logistic due to Provimi acquisition
- Create strategy for production and customers allocation project, design the fleet structure
- Create and implement the transport strategy (by carriers/ vehicles/ plants) for whole organization
- Cost analysis of market and structure of materials flows, procedures of optimization
- Negotiate contracts with transport logistics providers & P&L responsibility
- Plan and implement the logistics processes, including the optimization tools of the flow of goods
- Promote brand experience for transport
- Managing the logistics department (team of 16FTEs)
