International Account Manager
In charge of sales and presentation of portfolio products within countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Ukraine, Baltics.
My main responsibilities consisted of:
-Traveling within countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Ukraine, Baltics;
-Selling portfolio products and services in order to meet sales and GPM targets;
-Plan to make sure all daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are met;
-Proactive development of existing customers;
-To manage internal customer database in CRM and ensure all records are current and updated;

- Collections activity for Poland;
- Assessing clients' credit worthiness for the market, aimed at mitigating risks.
My main responsibilities consisted of:
- Daily interactions with both Customer and Business side;
- Having a constantly updated overview of all unsettled invoices, unapplied credit notes and payment records for a solid account understanding;
- Analyzing both internally available customer data, as well as the one provided in credit reports aimed at making the best decision regarding credit check requests, thus mitigating credit risk;
- Partnering with other departments (Credit, Unapplied, Back Office, Projects) to successfully meet objectives;
- Timely escalation of critical issues for which all resolution efforts have been exhausted;
- Performing monthly Mass Dunning Campaigns;
- Offering support for both internal and external audits when needed.
