I am working as Sales Agent in call centre and deal with incoming/outbound calls in effective manner. I am also responsible for outbound calls to clients with order updates and sale inquires.

My aim is to convert customers request calls into orders, assist with order progress and help to customers, contact via outbound calling new and existing customers to sell/upgrade, cross sell and retain company services.

I reply to escalation calls from Customers in Sales Q, and make supervision over new starters in the team.

For my personal development within BT I decided to run new project under Challenge Cup 2007/2008 programme to improve existing procedures and bring low cost and efficient system to gain and keep new customers.

I was responsible for production supervision, sales and customer service for the biggest polish steel company (Arcelor - Mittal Steel Poland).

In Vesuvius I was supervising orders value > 6 million Euros - and the most important for the company. Important part of my work was orders verification, bid preparation, daily contacts with clients and support for Sales Director and Sales Engineers.

I was responsible for shipments, production coordination, sales budget realization and contacts with other plants and R&D offices - related with current orders and projects.

Besides of sales coordination I was responsible for purchasing of commercial goods for all Vesuvius’ customers in Poland - which include import and export procedures (in and outside of EU – i.e. China).

I was promoted to be responsible for the biggest 2005 Vesuvius project in Poland/UK which was coordination of the Blast Furnace Repair in Mittal Katowice Works (Poland). The project value was about 1.5 mln Euro.

In Vesuvius my duties were to:
• Cooperate with clients
• Work with production departments in Poland and in the worldwide Vesuvius Group - schedule / production planning
• Supervise and report of ongoing contracts for Sales Director
• Production scheduling
• Support for sales engineers
• Prepare offers, verification of orders
• Purchase of commercials
• Shipments of material and products
