- Initiating and supervising improvement projects (SMT production efficiency growth).

- Managing three production lines (130 employees) and supporting whole SMT (sub-miniature transducers) production in VTN
- Training of Vietnamese Production Line Supervisors in scope of soft skills and process management
- Being Transfer Team Leader responsible for two production lines transfers and supporting all transfer on the Vietnamese side (at given time)
- Cooperating with logistics, R&D, quality, technical, administration and HR departments.

- Preparation of technological projects for trade purposes,
- Translation of instructions, official letters, technical specifications
