Regional Business Systems Administrators' Leader - Assistant Manager
1. Coordination of regional business systems administrators team work; developing the competences within the group and preparing annual development plan for systems administrators team;
2. PwC CEE region business management applications administration and maintenance;
3. Providing continuous services for 12.000 end users;
4. PwC CEE region business management applications 2nd level support, liaising with 3rd level support and external vendors on system modifications and problem issues raised by users in CEE region;
5. PwC CEE region business management application interfaces development and maintenance;
6. RDBMS management (DB Engine, Analysis Services, Reporting Services, Integration Services), tuning and configuration, capacity management, KPI's baselines maintenance, maintenance plans monitoring, setting customized alerts and notifications;
