[Custody Department Merger – merger of two banks]
- Overall project management and coordination of project activities
- Gap analysis (NAV calculation, Safekeeping, Settlement Process, Corporate Actions, Derivatives Processing). Creation of As-Is and To-Be analysis. Designing new functionalities implemented in Promak Custody system
- Migration of data between Custody platforms (migration activities
coordination, preparing migration strategy, migration plan and estimating migration timescale)
