Palletizing station with a collaborative robot - Cosmetic
The stand uses a collaborative robot to place cardboard boxes on pallets, between the layers it is possible to put interlayer spacers. The entire station is mobile, allowing for great flexibility.

Automation of the packing area - Cosmetic

Modernization of the machine - adding a third labeller - Cosmetics
The target of the modernization is to reduce the amount of downtime caused by the machine stopping for the time of changing the labels. The additional labeller allowed the machine to work continuously, thanks to the switching of devices when the labels were running out. While the machine is in operation, the core with new labels can be safely inserted on labeller.

Machine for assembling safety caps - Pharmacy
The machine combines three elements of a safety cap. Caps parts are fed through waterfall conveyors and pressure tunnels. The first station connects the outer part to the inner part of the cap. At the second station, seals are dosed from the vibrating feeder. Gaskets are applied to previously assembled parts. Finally, the presence of the guarantee ring and the gasket are checked via cameras and sensors.

Cannula assembly machine - Pharmacy
The machine consisted of two-piece cannulas consisting of a body and plugs. A dose of silicone was applied to the tip. The cannulas were delivered to vibrating feeders, then they were assembled inside the machine, after each assembly stage the process and correctness of assembly were checked. The vision system checks the sharpness of the tip of the cannula. The sensors check the presence of two plugs. Correctly assembled products go to the receiving place.

Conversion machine for non-woven fabrics - Cosmetics
The machine converts the bale of material into dry wipes. The material is unwound from the unwinder, then guided and folded on the folding table. The pull rollers feed the material into the cylinders where it is pulled and folded through them. The band saw then cuts through the fabric to form wipes.

Stand with a robot for gluing lids - Cosmetics
The machine is designed to stick the lid on a packet of wipes. We give the robot a plastic lid, which is already covered with glue. After prepare such a lid, the robot sticks it on a packet of wet wipes.
