Looks after overall maintenance process and responsible to achieve set targets by:-
⇨ Planning and execution of annual shutdown and periodic maintenance.
⇨ Maintenance of operation Records & safety standards (EHS) repair Control System and Handling 300 no’s Multi-axis CNC machines of Rollomatic, TTB, MAKINO, Kanihira, make having FANUC, NUM & Yaskawa control.
⇨ Working for implementation of Industry 4.0 concept
⇨ Supervised engineering staff in the installation and execution of lighting, cabling, panel fixing, earthing, etc.
⇨ Preparing weekly reports, MIS and other related documents & ensure for planned Preventive Maintenance.
⇨ Responsible for handling the breakdowns and other emergencies effectively with minimum downtime with effective MTTR & MTBF analysis for every breakdown.
⇨ Planning of power & control cable laying work for all the electrical auxiliaries used in plant.
⇨ Analyzing the power consumption data and take the steps to cost saving initiatives.
⇨ Responsible for the Testing and commissioning of all utilities (DG, UPS, SERVO, Dryer, Compressor, Neederman, Generator, Transformer, UPS, Stabilizer, CT, PT, protective relays & RO).
⇨ Managing material management and inventory control MD control planning, all legal govt issues with Govt electricity board.
⇨ Conversant with LT wiring, Interiors and installations of various equipments.
⇨ Preparing the Job schedule for maintenance of electrical equipments during plant shut down.
⇨ Responsible for chillers & A.C. maintenance & manage AMC vendors effectively.
⇨ Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in Operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
⇨ Responsible for start up, shutdown, troubleshooting, maintenance of operation Records & safety standards repair of Control System, Electrical Equipments as ESP, MCCBS, LT & HT breakers (11KV, 33KV) and their switchgears, Drives, transformers and generators etc.
⇨ Lead, guide and motivate team ( 50 no’s member) of technicians and operators to achieve the excellence & also ensures knowledge management throughout the maintenance department.
⇨ Maintain the power factor and reactive power of generators and electrical parameters in power plant.
⇨ Responsible for spares inventory management by fixing up ROLs (Reorder Levels) & cost analysis.
⇨ Upgradation of old machinery to as per latest technologies & also effectively working for implementation of industry 4.0.
⇨ Implemented SAP PM module effectively & also responsible for all PM related entries in SAP & various SAP developments wherever required.
⇨ Responsible for providing required facilities like LUX level, ambient temperature, Mist control, Pneumatic supply etc.
⇨ Active trainer of module named safety at work place. Leading safety committee In plant by ensuring weekly meeting with safety members for resolving safety related issues.
