Responsibilities
• Manage the EMEA local Network services for the 12 countries in scope within the State Street portfolio by robust management systems
• Front the EMEA Network services as the Single point of contact as the IBM Service Delivery face off to the EMEA State Street Network VP
• EMEA Network SAM to take Network Task direction from the Global Network DPE/PE (US)
• EMEA Network SAM to take Financial direction from the UK DPE/PE
• Manage internal and external management systems with the IBM & SSC community
• Present on the EMEA Network Services to SSC and IBM executives at regular intervals
• Manage external Network Vendors providing a Network Service into IBM EMEA on SSC and managing all Costs under PO and Invoice management.
• Govern the IMAC Coordination service providing EMEA Network ticketing services to EMEA
• Manage monthly SLA attainment for EMEA IMAC services
• Support global SLA attainment for Global Incident and Problem SLA's
• Manage Monthly Cost of service with all EMEA Vendors as part of Monthly Billing reviews
• Manage IBM Monthly IMAC Billing with the SSC Network VP on Network Price for IMAC & RFS.
• Manage Network RFS and SOW Project requirements with IBM RFS lead, DPE, PE and SSC
• Support IBM TSS around EMEA Maintenance services for engineering and HW support.
• Facilitate Network Incident, Problem and Change impacting EMEA sites and help coordinate any business impacting escalations
• Front all EMEA Network Power down events with the support of Network DOP's
• Support all EMEA Network DR events.
• Assist, manage and energize Continual Service Improvement Plans, providing regular progress updates to the customer and IBM
• Track all EMEA Network improvements as part of an EMEA Network tracker
• Facilitate and manage EMEA Network Risk Management both internal and External with the client.
• Support all Global Networks SOPs & DOU's and any under pinning Global processes and procedures.

- Support FLM to manage critical situation, services disruption, safety or health issues, business continuity and disaster recovery situation
- Support FLM to implement management system, all relevant IBM processes, documents, documentation , evidence, measurements
- Continuously increase customer satisfaction
- Providing support for First Line Manager in terms of recruitment/efficiency and scorecard targets
- Motivation of others through leading by example
- Implement services and provide services scope as defined in Services Statement of Work
- Maintain regular services communication within DC, with IMT and competency
- Support new workload transfer
- Develop and implement an “end-to-end-HR-process”
- Education Focal Point: Development of skills and capabilities of others – cooperation with Education
- Acting proactively towards improvements / investigations within the pool: carried out Excel Automations Project
