- responsible for building, testing and delivering high quality financial reporting and analysis to the above country teams
- transition of reporting suite from GSK system (using IBM TM1) to SAP FC
- building comprehensive reporting suite following SMaRT principles
- testing and ensuring accuracy and full functionality of the transitioned report packs (in SAP Analysis for Office)
- testing of SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence reports
- being point of contact for a project team (providing end-user requirements and suggestions)
- providing training of new tools to business partners

- 3 month knowledge transfer of Tax&Stats function from Ireland to the UK
- stabilisation and adjustment of VAT reporting to a new business structure
- preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
- preparation of VAT and Intrastat returns (mainly for Italian market)
- balance sheet accounts reconciliation and month end journal postings
- sales, purchase and miscellaneous transactions review
- liaising with Global Tax team and system teams to ensure compliance
- supporting testing of new system implementation
- use of JD Edwards, SAP and OneSource

Main responsibilities:
- preparing monthly and quarterly VAT reports for Tax Authorities located in Israel and European countries in compliance with local legal and tax rules
- preparing VAT account reconciliation and balance sheet reviews
- supporting internal and external audits
- preparing and analysing quarterly turnover reconciliation
- supporting team with IT issues (IT Expert role, first contact for escalations)
- use of SAP and other internal systems

- Total Customer Experience Award (developed a project to improve the turnover reconciliation preparation for HP Country Controllership Finance)
- Tax Certification (case study and test regarding different VAT situations in EMEA)
