Team Leader HR Shared Service Center
• Lead the mixed team of HR professionals (HR Generalists and HR Specialists)
• Secure and take full ownership of all cases received from the assigned countries in Africa, Levant & Middle East (Maghreb, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, UAE, Kuwait, Reunion, Senegal, Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa).

• Lead the mixed team of HR professionals (HR Generalists and HR Specialists)
• Secure and take full ownership of all cases received from the assigned countries (Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Serbia).
• Proper and timely resolution of requests by the respective team (in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and country's Key Performance Indicators);
• Sustainability and improvement of team’s performance through KPIs management and delivery of efficiency & quality gains through continuous improvement.
• Tracking, monitoring and reaching all established KPIs & Customer Satisfaction Survey targets for the assigned organizational unit and, ultimately ensuring that customers’ expectations are constantly met by HR organization.
• Supporting change management for processes and systems initiatives.
• Maintain an adequate level of affiliate & customer knowledge.
• Overall global and local HR cycles surveillance.
• HR content and translations management.

Job Analysis Analyst
• Review and improve PMI's job description and job evaluation processes the design and implementation of standard/generic job descriptions and global benchmarks/evaluation models to support the HR strategy deployment and Organization design initiatives
• Review and present job evaluations as per approval process guidelines and provide support in preparing for the approval process for Executive Bands with Executive Comp Team. Provide guidance and serve as the internal contact point for tickets escalated by the SSC in the area of Job Analysis.
• Act as internal consultant to support major organization design
initiatives, special HR / cross-functional projects, or local Hay
Evaluation Committees. Prepare materials and provide support for
facilitation of PMI Evaluation Committee for Top Management (if and
when implemented).
• Develop training materials and contribute to the preparation of annual
training plan to support C&B Learning Management
objectives. Act as a trainer for C&B training programs.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert within Job Analysis processes through

• Prepare and analyze different reports of HR data

• Provide support in handling incoming queries (via phone or email) and provide solution to the employees and managers' requests for information, assistance or service in cooperation with the HR Services team

Research Consultant
• Responsible for running several recruitment projects within EMEA region and also specifically in Poland, Germany, Estonia and Cyprus for the Key clients (SAP, Microsoft)
• Leading the whole recruitment processes starting from identification of the market (market mapping), headhuntingcold calling& database searching, pitching, prescreening. Liaising with the Lead Recruiters from the whole Europe delivering the most suitbale profiles
• Selection of best potential candidates in the terms of their technical experience, as well as their personality assessment
• Successful in exploring new markets and in establishing good relations with candidates and clients
• Self starter with experience in identifying different candidate resources (agency, direct research, networking) corresponding with the type of the position to create satisfying pipeline and hire best professionals.
