During my time in IBM some of my duties included the following:
-I assisted with the completion of monthly Talent & Culture scorecards
-Tracked and analysed attrition weekly
-Involved in the production of a Executive Summary report
-Worked with the Talent Manager to provide preparation guidance to potential promotion candidates and set up promotion board schedules
-Built a number of 'Communities' to improve the sharing of 'people' data.
