Operations Finance Manager
Responsibilities and sample projects:
▪ Management of three operational teams: Procurement and Planning, Logistics, Customer Service (20 people)
▪ Effective 3PL management resulting in overall performance improvement, recognized also by customers
▪ Introducing and co-leading the S&Op agenda, assuring full engagement of key players with key outcomes to deliver commercial and financial objectives
▪ Launching improved supply chain planning agenda, focusing behind operational and financial elements
▪ Costs and cash flow management of supply chain related elements; introducing tools aiming at better financial and operational performance (ABC forecasting, stock/payables estimates, suppliers' matrix)
▪ Launching financial aspects into operational agenda
▪ Support to commercial teams (customers' and suppliers' negotiations, leading ISO agenda, trainings, POSM management solutions)

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Responsibilities and sample projects:
▪ Management of FP&A team
▪ Close cooperation with the local management team
▪ Preparation of budgets and financial plans
▪ Building and management of financial system reporting
▪ Monitoring and analysis of financial results referring to plans and budgets’ execution; financial risk management
▪ Management Reporting in line with IFRS standards (monthly closes, results projections).
▪ Financial statements and presentations for Management Team (recommendations as a representative of Finance Department)
▪ Customer and brand profitability analysis.
▪ Ad hoc analysis (financial and commercial departments).
▪ Participation in commercial projects
▪ Reporting in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley legislation
