• Planning and conducting I18N-oriented research focused on the applications operability in global environment
• Using market and technology driven knowledge to define the Internationalization user experience standards for the company offerings
• Creating concept, design and content of internal I18N Knowledge Base
• Creating I18N training for the engineering teams across the company

Coordinating the I18N projects for various business units - compliance and security management, endpoint management and cloud:
• Managing the schedule and dependencies for multiple and concurrent projects; estimating related priorities, changes and impact
• Managing the I18N product requirements
• Managing and tracking the issues/risks and establishing the mitigation strategies
• Tracking the process and timely execution across internal and external organizations
• Communicating the project status to the internal and external stakeholders
• Working in hands-on environment with small project teams across different countries and time zones
Development of the understanding of client business processes and needs to provide optimal services, resolve any conflicts and problems working with clients
Promoting the expert level internationalization services for all development groups in the company
Designing and improving processes and measurements for operations and projects

Leading the I18n QA project team:
• Working with global development group (USA, India, China) – specialization: Compliance and Risk Management
• Managing and organizing work of the I18n QA team
• Communicating the project status to the stakeholders
• Defining the QA activities for the project and estimating the workload
• Creating the quality measurements metrics
• Defining the defects tracking methods
Creating, developing and implementing the QA process for the global Internationalization team:
• QA framework
• Knowledge base
Providing the expert level internationalization services for all development groups in the company: QA testing, I18n consulting and trainings.

Leading the I18n QA project team:
• Working with global development group (USA, India) – specialization: Compliance and Risk Management
• Managing and organizing work of the virtual I18n QA team in 3 locations (Beijing, Chengdu, Warsaw)
• Planning the testing activities
• Creating the quality measurements metrics
• Setting the defects tracking methods
Providing the expert level internationalization services for all development groups in the company: QA testing, I18n consulting and trainings.

Testing the internationalization aspects for various Symantec products: Norton 360, Storage Foundation for HP-UX, Enterprise Security Manager:
• black box I18N testing
• Defining, creating, documenting and executing the I18N test/use cases
• Cooperating with the product development team to resolve product issues
• Implementing and evaluating the I18N approaches of testing strategies in Windows and Unix OS
• Providing the I18N QA trainings to the product teams

Testing the product related to compliance and security management for UNIX systems: HP-UX, SunOS, IBM AIX, RedHat Linux, SuSE Linux:
