1. Managing the Strategy Project Team:
- coordinating various activities under the responsibility of Directors, monitoring their progress and implementation on the Company level;
- regular status updates for the Management Board;
- communication and information materials for various audience e.g. employees, Supervisory Board;
- responsible for periodic, regular reports (KPI reporting).
2. Involved in tasks related to the month’s closure (actual data and monthly updates of forecasts), planning process (five-year budget plans and annual forecasts), preparing financial reports including a comparison of the actual results with the planned budget and forecasts.
3. Analysing financial data for the purpose of management, including analysis of discrepancies, supporting other departments by providing information enhancing business development in various areas, preparing materials for presentations during the Supervisory Board meetings.

Factory financial planning
- preparing financial plans and mid-year reviews for 4 factories
- working on models to calculate production costs and standard prices for items manufacured on 9 different production lines
- creating strategic plans
Business analysis e.g. new projects evaluation

Being a member of Information Systems International (part of Mars Inc.) providing IT support for the whole company.

- Support for applications used in all regions (regional, global and local applications)
- Development and system maintenance

Started asa trainee I was working as a developer and analyst also during academic year for Sybase/Eurosoft (Business Solutions Department).
