• Daily contact with suppliers.
• Generating Purchase Orders in SAP and Cutter systems and sending these to suppliers.
• Daily check-ups of deliveries lead time of ordered materials for all of the NSG/Pilkington’s plants in Poland (Automotive, BP and IGP).
• Control of expenditure and the accuracy of invoices and explanation of discrepancies relating to the prices, quantities and quality.
• As a person who managed a fleet of company cars responsible for new cars selection, equipment configurations, setting the tenders, ordering and a car service providers of the
long-term lease. Controlling fuel consumption, costs associated with the usage. Solving of problems between car users and the lease companies.
• Management and optimization of supplier base.
▪ Contracting of external transport services (for finish goods) and intra-logistics (forklifts, warehouses) for all plants of the NSG/Pilkington’s Group in Poland (Automotive, Building Products and IGP – 9 plants in total).
▪ Management and settling of emergency cases of transport services / issues via land, sea and air.
▪ Responsible for contract managements with courier services (TNT, UPS, DHL etc.) from procurement point of view. Courier price, conditions, and quality negotiations.
▪ Support for the Global Procurement Manager in all issues related to transportation.
▪ Key management of the company fleet of cars - new cars selection, equipment configurations, setting the tenders, ordering and servicing. Auditing of fuel consumption, and all costs associated with the fleet use. Settlement of issues between car users and lease companies.

▪ Daily cooperation with the following customers: Toyota, Peugeot, Renault (France, Belgium), Skoda (Czech Republic), Suzuki (Hungary), BMW (Hungary), Land Rover (Great Britain, Hungary), Volvo (Sweden), Citroen, Peugeot, Maserati (Italy and Slovenia), Ford (Belgium).
▪ Setting up of sales and delivery schemes for clients in international environment within the SAP system. Overseeing of delivery of car glass to customers Europe-wide.
▪ Problem solving for planning and cooperation with the product management of external partners.
