± Assisting clients' requests including direct liasing with end users by teleconference,
± Working with last mile comms providers,

Coordinator duties:
• Dealing with various office obligations
• Day to day department’s supplies level supervision (Personal Protective Equipment, Stationery, Consumables, First Aid, Raw Materials, chemical substances etc.).
• Processing delivery notes and invoices
• Creating monthly reports: Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Lost Time Analysis; tools and accessories usage; department’s expenses etc
• MS OFFICE projects (EXCEL, VISIO)
• Scheduling General Factory Renovations
• Assigning Production Staff to carry out General Factory Renovations
IT related duties:
• Dealing with Internal Computer Purchase System AS-400
• MP2 Computerized Maintenance Management System Implementation for Production and Engineering Departments
• Performing MP2 Computer System Training (Engineering and Production staff)
• MP2 System Administrator Duties for both Halifax and Craigavon (Ireland) Production sites
• Issuing Work Orders, Inspections, Tasks, Production Improvement Projects using MP2 System for Engineering Staff on daily basis.
• On-Site IT Support (MP2 related issues)
• Assigning Proper Engineering Crews to each job scheduled
Compound Manager & Goods In Manager (replacement) duties
• Discharging Raw Materials deliveries using Computerized Pumping Systems (Bitumen, Latex Limestone)
• Ordering Raw Materials ( Bitumen, Latex, Limestone, Tonsil X, Production Ink, Magnetic Backing ingredients ; Bitumen Sawing Station Threads etc.)
• Raw Materials& Compound materials monthly stock check
• Monthly Production Line Radioactive points inspection.
• Processing delivery notes and invoices
• Assigning Compound Staff for magnetic paste mix stations; Basic rolls delivery to productions sites; delivery of pallets to end point of Bitumen Line etc.

• Building - Each computer - a custom order, built from pre-collected specs.
(A System Integrator builds the system from start to finish, checking the initial specs and performing basic checks on completion).
• Testing - The computer is subjected to first stage testing and any software is added.
• Quality Control – Second stage tests and checks are performed to ensure that the system is fully functional and ready for Dispatch.
• Using Admin site to monitor and update each order through the stages, ensuring that tasks are completed and that the order is built correctly.
