• Running Audits of quality control systems (processes and products) in Poland and abroad (England, USA, Germany)
• Monitoring of supplier recalls and corrective actions.
• Monitoring of entry quality checks of deliveries.
• Selecting and approving of subcontractors for suppliers

• Collecting data and producing efficiency reports of Quality System for PWK and its suppliers.
• Participating in Health and Safety and Quality System audits for PWK and its suppliers.
• Preparing and running training programs on Quality System for PWK and its suppliers.
• Setting and updating plans for delivery checks.

• Making applications and advising on actions to implement Quality System for products and processes.
• Introducing essential changes to existing Quality System documentation together with external company.
• Producing technology and assembly documentation and monitoring of the entire assembly team.

• Running and analysis of Statistical Control of processes for selected characteristics.
• Regular internal audits (in line with ISO/TS 16949 standards).
• Conducting Quality System training sessions.
• Conducting PFMEA analysis.
• Creating instructions for newly introduced measurement methods and research.
