W czasie kiedy pracowaliśmy razem, Łukasz wykazywał się dużym zaangażowaniem w pracę. Chętnie zdobywał nowe kompetencje w zakresie projektowania produktu oraz narzędzi od etapu akwizycji, do etapu industrializacji. Po kilku latach pracy osiągnął status CATIA v5 Key User'a, co było potwierdzeniem jego kompetencji oraz kwalifikacji.
