Deploymnet System Enginieer/Consultatnt (RTBS/CCBS/ComverseOne/KenanFx/Optima
· Client Management Responsibilities:
- drafting project plans: determining tasks, milestones
- identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues
- manage the backlog, define priorities
- proactively present the project information to all senior managers and report on project progress
- coordination to meet the contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- plan deliveries with the customers
· Application problem analysis, including:
- Integration of billing systems RTBS/CCBS/ComverseOne/KenanFx/Optima with customer network in EMEA
- Software upgrades and system expansions
- Working with R&D to resolve bugs and provide new billing features
- Tier3 level of support
- Reproduction and test of client issues
- Product installation including onsite installation when required
- Database troubleshooting (Oracle)
- Provide pro-active support by resolving known issues
- Participate to the on call rotations to provide 24x7 support to the clients
· Coordinate with other departments:
- Development to receive bug fixes
- Release to plan the delivery of the patches
- Professional Services to perform knowledge transfer on deployments
- Sales and project management to provide regular feedback on the situation with the client
