• Delivering quarterly and yearly inventory forecasts with business cooperation for Finance reporting purpose and business direction settings.

• Identify areas for improvement and take actions resulting in the elimination of all kind of barriers in planning processes in Supply Chain department.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents for all processes in Material Planning department. Execute quarterly and yearly audits of key processes with clear summary and recommendations for future improvements.
• Considered as a first point of contact for Supply Chain community and IT team as a subject matter expert for improvement projects and in solving all constraints in ERP/MRP systems.
• Implementation of new solutions in ERP/MRP systems in EMEA region with previous solution tests and preparations for implementation. Also lead post-implementation adoption of ERP/MRP changes.
