Making verification plan for computer hardware at Foxconn laboratories located inside client's
factory
Setting up test stations for computer hardware
Verification and failure analysis of computer hardware
Contact with client and multiple Foxconn's factories in China,
Cooperating with client, vendors and quality department of Foxconn company (China and USA) to prevent and resolve quality and production issues
Maintenance of on-site Foxconn test equipment and spare parts
factory

Contact with client and multiple Foxconn's factories in China,

• Optimization of machines and production tools,
• Searching solutions to increase quality and efficiency of machines,
• Supervising and controlling production tools(stamps, molds etc. ),
• Conducting documentation about the mode and productivity of machines,
• Supervision of the parameters,
• Participating in the formulation and implementation
of corrective actions and improvements in the production process,
• Training operators of the production line,
• Making and updating work instructions as well as tool inspection instructions,
• Contact with external subcontractors in purchasing
or modifying production equipment and machinery,
• Transferring new products and launching new production processes.
