As Teams Leader Lukasz covered performance management, people development, selection of new team members, vacation planning and attendance management. Lukasz focused on talent management and business development. He was coaching members of his teams. He cared about trainings (besides scheduled ones within the planned budget he provided possibilities to join various trainings ad hoc) and career goals (on-top assignments). Lukasz developed his own channel to reach students at various academic campuses across Poland for recruitment needs (he also joined Job Fairs as a representative). He managed work allocation, was actively looking for business grow possibilities and delegates assignments to team members (as a result his team has been involved in projects serving three other Clients). Lukasz managed to efficiently handle 100 concurrent tasks on average using tasks management system he developed based on his overall experience.

As Delivery Lead Lukasz was responsible for delivery of set of application services for a few Clients. Lukasz introduced regular satisfaction surveys. He created backup and business continuity plans. Lukasz introduced process and technical innovations that improved service quality. Lukasz negotiated agreements.

On top of working as software architect Lukasz always held other roles in line with his business related interests. Lukasz developed his own recruitment strategy, he reviewed local tests and helped in worldwide test review. As a member of EMEA Innovation Review Board Lukasz evaluated other ideas and introduced his own – Lukasz learned how to describe ideas effectively and clearly. As a member of Microsoft Global Technical Council and previously as member of ADE Working Committee Lukasz promoted Polish Center worldwide and built strategic relationships, as a result of this long lasting activity Lukasz was globally recognized as Subject Matter Expert on Microsoft technologies. As a member of Microsoft Tech Lead Team Lukasz was supporting strategic decisions related to Microsoft technology in his Center. As a member of Knowledge Management Team Lukasz focused on knowledge sharing which happened to be highly recognizable activity and let him begin networking in Hewlett-Packard. As Software Architect Lukasz was involved in complex projects, he introduced newest technologies, developed proof of concepts and prototypes, and organized software development lifecycle processes.

As an Independent Architect Lukasz conducted architecture assessment of critical component of Customer’s architecture and delivered results to Executives. As project manager Lukasz led migration projects for Major Clients. As ITSM Consultant Lukasz conducted workshop with Client’s directors and delivered customized ITIL processes using BPMN notation.
