Compliant management. Auditing of raw material suppliers for Heineken OpCo’s. Ensuring compliance of corporate food safety rules with local ones. Responsibility for cleaning and disinfection services. Structured reporting of KPI’s and quality performance to Group Quality Director.

Developing and maintaining process/finished product specifications for all products of Grupa Zywiec. Control of the process and quality of products by carrying out technological visits in breweries and in the market. Implementing new process/developments in the breweries by coordinating trials/experiments. Quality inspection in the market and compliant management. Supervisory of 14 quality inspectors.

Ensuring the production of good quality product on a daily basis. Supervisory of Quality department (total 18 employees). Implementation, maintenance and updating of Quality Management systems, including HACCP. Executing internal audits; achieve targets and take corrective and preventive actions as required; monitoring of hygiene, products’ labelling and packaging system. Implementation and improvement of the new products.

Laboratory management (total 9 employees), quality control of frozen fruits and vegetables, concentrated fruit juices, fruit aromas and apple pomaces, entrance control of fruits and vegetables, process quality control.
