National Key Account Manager
National Key Account Manager, responsible for cooperation with Neonet and Mix electronics networks. My responsibilities are to plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy. My main duties are as follows:
• planning yearly budget
• negotiating yearly contracts
• reaching annual targets fixed in terms of volume, mix, revenue and cash-in
• defining and negotiating payment plans with customers
• supervising Sales Representatives on current display situation and shops’ sell-out activities
• collecting information about stock at different levels of distribution channel
• planning/carrying out/supporting marketing activities according to agreed budgets and timescales and integrating personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g. product launches, promotions, advertising
• cooperating, negotiating and reaching agreement on co-promotional activity and targets as well as inside investment and budget plans with Trade Marketing and customers
• cooperating with/supporting Trade Marketing on executing planned field Promotions
• delivering information on price lists, product availability, logistic situation and payment situation to key decision makers inside customers’ company
• obtaining information and reporting on competitors’ activities within sell-in and sell-out and changes in customer situation
• participating in defining the Commercial Policy
• negotiating promotional discounts according to Commercial Policy Guidelines
• defining targets and objectives for supervised Sales Representatives and evaluating their performance
• setting example for Sales Representatives in the area of personal character, commitment, organizational skills, selling skills and work habits.
• conducting regular coaching and counseling of Sales Representatives to build motivation and purchase skills
• conducting one-to-one reviews with Sales Representatives to build more effective communication, to understand development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Representatives sales and activity performance
• interacting and cooperating with all company employees
