Analysis, budget control and reinvoicing of intra group services:
- Produce monthly financial reports: turnover, published P&L account by activities and in IFRS (gap analysis actuals vs real 2013, actuals vs budget, done with operations managers)
- Produce forecasts (February and May), budgets and year end analysis (collect informations from operations managers)
- Prepare results presentations to top management or financial control
