• Site Production Planning based on demand
• In – Bound Logistics & WH
• Line Feeding
• Out – Bound Logistics

Responsible for:
- end to end logistics processing,
- World Class Manufacturing / Logistics and Customer Service Pillar (as a Leader)
- leading the team of 250 great members.

Accountable for overall quality environment of Indesit Lodz Industrial Site
(4 manufacturing facilities)

Cooking Appliances Plant:
Daily maximum production output is over 5000 units (ca. 1 200 000 cookers per year)
Workforce: over 1000 employees

Cooling Appliances Plant:
Daily maximum production output is over 4000 units (up to 1 000 000 refrigerators per year)
Workforce: 1000 employees.

Hood Appliances Plant:
Daily maximum production output is over 1600 units (up to 350 000 hoods per year)
Workforce: 200 employees

Verpol Plant:
Plastic parts manufacturing (Injection molding and parts processing)
Workforce: 300 employees .

Responsible for two manufacturing facilities :

Daily maximum production output is over 4000 units (ca. 1 000 000 refrigerators per year)
Workforce: 1000 employees

Verpol Plant:
Plastic parts manufacturing, operational since September 2012 (Green Field Project)
Workforce: 300 employees .

Accountable for production rump-up (Green Field Project), and leading the following
departments : Assembly, Press, Extrusion & Thermoforming, Foaming and Technology

Led a team of 600 employees in different areas of manufacturing process to achieve high standards of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, health & safety, quality assurance and overall performance.

Main responsibilities:
Budget preparation and ownership of production KPI’s
Process optimisation and improvement
Succeeded on achieving required quality standards and results
Meeting the MPS - Master Production Plan (measured by accuracy in
quality & numbers, but as well by it’s main parameters : Efficiency, Productivity, IMQ, Call Rate)
Environment and Safety Management

Responsible for re-organizing the warehouse operation, making the best and most efficient use of procedures and IT system, and managing the day to day activities of warehouse staff ( 18 people ) .

Swedish company (designing & production of cable harnesses for automotive, e.g. Volvo Truck, Saab)

Responsible for delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations.

Participation in GM - Opel Speedster project,
1 year long international project, including 3 months in Headquarter of Lotus Engineering in UK
Member of R&D team in TVAB Headquarter in Sweden.
Participation in implementation and improving Quality Systems
(ISO9001 / QS9000).
