Hood Appliances Plant:
Daily maximum production output is over 1600 units (up to 350 000 hoods per year)

Verpol Plant:
Plastic parts manufacturing (Injection molding and parts processing)

Led a team of 600 employees in different areas of manufacturing process to achieve high standards of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, health & safety, quality assurance and overall performance.
Main responsibilities:
Budget preparation and ownership of production KPI’s
Process optimisation and improvement
Succeeded on achieving required quality standards and results
Meeting the MPS - Master Production Plan (measured by accuracy in
quality & numbers, but as well by it’s main parameters : Efficiency, Productivity, IMQ, Call Rate)
Environment and Safety Management
