Provides technical support for produced hardware (Desktop/Server/Storage) – identify issues, investigate root causes and recommend solution to reported problems, provides technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing and resolving problems directly on production lines as well as be telephone and e-mail, provide Incident Management support for manufacturing environment, tracks and coordinates incidents resolution across multiple support teams based on site and in remote locations, monitors and reports company infrastructure state and reacts in case of environment stability related incidents, support and advisory in case of new functionality implementation and post installation tests,

Day to day duties based on production planning & scheduling of orders,
Extensive cooperation with part buyers/suppliers for the supply, demand, shortage recovery and management of components,
Daily analysis and management of factory backlogs and upcoming forecasts,
Contact with Customer Service to provide timely and accurate information on product availability, schedule improvements, general inquiries, and all similar communication,
Working to create the database which will improve the daily work (in a VBA application),
Knowledge of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX),

Control and monitoring of high priority level orders in the factory (overdue, aging, and those at risk of moving to the aforementioned statuses),
Realization of goals through analytics, planning techniques, lean manufacturing tools, and governance,
Working with Excel databases in the preparation, analysis and updating of reports,
High cooperation on-site with specific supporting departments in the factory,
“Brown Awards” in recognition for supporting improvements in customer experience area,

Management, organization and the control of work for a group of 20 people,
Finding the best route to achieve maximum utilization of production capacity via proper employee placement and supervision,
Careful monitoring to meet numerical targets while keeping quality standards also in line,
Quick and decisive decision making skills to reach good cooperation with other supporting departments,
„Silver Awards" for keeping of project " errors analysis on EMR station",

Monitoring required goals for production quantity and quality,
Helping to realize the final stages of completion for aged orders,
Identifying and setting up unit priority as to move orders to customers as soon as possible (sometimes working in direct relation with customers themselves by providing updates),
Understanding of each specific factory department to bring cooperation between each stage of processing orders,

Management, organization and control of work 12-persons group and keeping personal documents,
Conducting technical documentation,
Create requisitions, receiving and issuing material on the basis of the required documents,
Preparation of quarterly balance sheet, holiday plans,
Knowledge of SAP,
