• daily and monthly reports from EMEA Region, KitchenAid Premium Brand and IKEA for Executives, Financial Controllers and Sales Managers and Representatives (reports contain actual sales results and open orders for each country; ensure proper and effective execution of sales operations and allow to take the best decisions and operational actions for management to maximize the synergy effect throughout analyzing product profitability, mix product sold to Trade Partners, constant monitoring of the slope in order to support price margin realization and working capital minimization),
• local sales representatives settlement and preparing monthly tool for them (the file allows to estimate accurate price and margin – according to SAP calculation; creating of connection with daily availability stock report to decrease unconfirmed orders, controlling of variable costs all products sold),
• preparing monthly valuation of polish warehouse to determine average exchange rates of products in stock (in EUR and USD),
• monthly sales reports for local Executives (macroeconomics background; sell-in and sell-out market data by brand and category, trade partners’ and categories’ profitability by channel, analysis of Trade Partner Investments and Receivables, Display Share by Trade Partner and Key Performance Indicators for CEE Region),
• close cooperation with local CFO, CEO and National Sales Director in ad-hoc analysis,
• weekly sell-in sales reports for Trade Partners by channel,
• integrating data from different sources using my technical knowledge (i.a. Excel, Access, SAP, VBA) to automation existing reports and ability to building new tools

• preparing and statistical analysis of remuneration and compensation reports of leading companies from FMCG, British Energy, Pharmaceutical and other sectors;
• audit of remuneration surveys (mainly British, German and French);
• member of Focus Group Tips&Tricks – improving the processes;
• preparing of regression and deviation reports for executives (mainly French and German)

• programming LED-billboards simulator to customer service (vb.net);
• preparing of business letters and database for an e-mail marketing;
• customer segmentation, sales and competitive analysis;
• getting new clients and maintaining relations with existing (B2B)
