• Preparing the annual budget and business plan as well as the estimate for the quarters’ ending in accordance with the guidelines and instructions provided,
• Driving process improvement within financial planning and reporting as necessary,

• Management of intercompany processes and KPI monitoring,
• Collaboration with department managers to analyse costs and identify productivity enhancements,
• Creation and establishment of financial policies, procedures, programs and best practices,
• Defining the accounting and financial management framework in order to monitor and enhance reporting performance,
• Analysing and recommending operational and strategic directions based on modelling and forecasting,
• Setting goals, business metrics and standards, comparing the analysed results to ensure that departments meet their milestones,
• Leading teams to identify weaknesses and potential areas of improvements through efficiency studies.
