Ensure on a daily basis that all activities relating to the inspection, maintenance, service, calibration and repair of all Expro electrical, electronic and instrumentation equipment are carried out in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner and that the completed work complies fully with the latest HSE Electrical standards and approved codes of practice along with any contracted customer requirements, regional or in-house specifications (ATEX, NORSOK).
Yearly EX inspection of equipment, keep inspection records on track, carry on 5 yearly inspection, dip strip, serviced and reinstall items. Hazardous area equipment including, but not limited to light systems, switch gears, panels, smoke and fire detectors systems, pressurization systems, ESD systems, IS circuits, power packs, 4-20mA,0-10V various sensors.
Wiring panels run cables, glanding, terminating panels, testing and commissioning of equipment, update installation drawings, prepare customer reports.
Order required parts and re-order stock items.
Carry on PAT testing, buildings and facility maintenance electrician duty.
Assist third party inspections (BV, Lloyds, ABS...)
Supervise and mentoring younger technician and apprentice.

Onshore and offshore service, maintenance, installation and commissioning Rig Mechanisation equipments such us: TorkDrive System, Stabmaster, IronDerrickman System…


Prepare quotation for required parts
Test new equipments and prepare operating procedures
Update installation surveys, reports and drawings,

Offshore/onshore installations, service,maintenance (according to IEC/EN 60079 standard), test and calibration electrical, electronic, equipments used by the company for offshore operation such as :

JAM units – Torque/turns monitoring units IS2000/JAM Pro (maintenance, operation and service unit, repair faulty electronic PCB, upgrade and develop system and software, install, service and calibration: 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-10V measurement system)

Stabmaster – Stabber less system and positioning devices (install, maintenance and service PLC system- Siemens S5, Beckhoff, upgrade system, panel wiring and layouts, update wiring diagram, install and calibrate electromechanical transducers and sensors)

TorkDrive – Casing, running and drilling equipment (install, service and repair electric/electronic parts)

IronDerrickman System – installation and commissioning electro-hydraulic pipe racking system and pipe latching system

Necessary electric inspection of equipment at workshop, PAT tests, carry out the rebuild, repair and service.

Assist third party inspections

Technical support at intelligent building.
Service, maintenance, control, upgrade and management for HVAC system (BMS - DESIGO™ INSIGHT), electrical installations, lights, generators, CCTV and security solutions (access control system manages - SiPass, burglary alarm management, fire alarm systems)
