- elaboration of the design documentation - power and control installation for marine/offshore cranes – block diagrams, control cabinets internal drawings, wiring diagrams (with the application of optimal and practically verified solutions, both in business and technical sense) using technical knowledge
- teamwork during projects
- supervision of the offshore cranes construction projects
- Performing ABV (as-built verification) / IAT(internal acceptance test) / FAT (factory acceptance test) of the designed products (control cabinets and crane in total)
- negotiations of the technical issue with the crane-owner, flag institutions (DNV, ABS, CSA), vendors and subcontractors
- designing offshore cranes allocated to operate in safe / hazardous areas (according to ATEX rules).
